This program is designed for HVAC contractors to write proposals and invoices.
This program will enable you to write proposals for your customers in about 10
minutes or less. The proposal form is completely customizable. You simply enter
your company information and special notes to make the form your own. The form
becomes a template that you use over and over to produce your Proposal and
Invoices. The software is currently FREE of charge.
I have released the HVAC Decoder app in the google play and App store. The cost is only $10 dollars and will save your technicians and salesman time to figure out what existing unit is installed.
The Proposal Writer software now supports these languages English, German, French, Spanish, Korean, Japanese, Chinese Simple and Chinese Traditional. It also supports these countries US, Canada, Mexico, UK, Japan, France, Germany, South Korea.
The video below demonstrates how to use the software to create a proposal. The video is using an older version of the software and the new version has many more features. I will update the video as soon as possible.
